We build software
your organisation
runs on.

Custom systems, enterprise platforms, workflow automation and the integrations that hold them together. We start with the process you actually run, not the one in the manual, and we stay on after go-live.

How we build

Craft is what survives the handover.

Anyone can demo software. The test is whether it still works in year three, under a different team, during an audit.

The record is the product

Our systems are used by people who have to prove what happened. So every action leaves a record with an owner and a timestamp, and that record is designed first, not bolted on before launch.

Integrate with what exists

Nobody replaces their ERP because a new system would prefer it. We build to connect: SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, eTIMS, KRA, payment systems, whatever is already load-bearing.

Built to be handed over

Documentation, training and clean code are part of delivery. You should be able to run, extend or hire for the system without us in the room.

We stay after launch

Software goes wrong in production, not in the demo. Maintenance, monitoring and a route to a human are part of the engagement, not an upsell.

Process

Six steps, in this order.

Skipping one of these is how projects end up rebuilt. The order matters more than the ceremony.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We sit with the people who do the work and find out what actually happens, including the workarounds nobody documented.

  2. 02

    Planning and proposal

Scope, timeline and cost in writing, with the assumptions listed. If something is unknown, it is named as unknown.

  3. 03

    Design and development

Data model first, then interface. You see working software early and often rather than a demo at the end.

  4. 04

    Testing and refinement

Functional, load and user acceptance testing. Findings go on a list that gets closed, not a list that gets discussed.

  5. 05

    Implementation and integration

Migration, integration with existing systems and a cutover plan that accounts for the day the old system is switched off.

  6. 06

    Training and support

Your team is trained on the system they will use, and we stay on for maintenance, updates and the questions that arrive in month three.

What does Deltacraft actually build?

Enterprise systems for organisations that have to evidence their work: internal audit and GRC, board governance, document control and performance management. We ship four products of our own and take on custom builds in the same territory.

Can you integrate with our existing ERP and finance systems?

Yes, and it is usually the core of the project. Assure ships with connectors for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, eTIMS and KRA. For custom work we design the integration against your actual systems during discovery, before the estimate.

Do you work with public sector organisations?

A large share of our work is public sector. TeamPulse is used by ministries, parastatals and county governments running performance contracts, and Assure is built around the audit cycle those bodies are held to.

Can you help us scale software we already have?

We review the current architecture, find what breaks first under load, and implement the change: more users, larger data volumes or new functionality. Sometimes the answer is a rewrite, and if so we will say that rather than bill you to postpone it.

How do you price work?

Fixed price where scope is genuinely fixed, time and materials where discovery will change it, and retainers for ongoing support. We will tell you which one fits your project and why.

What happens after the system goes live?

Maintenance, security updates and support continue under an agreed arrangement. Your team gets training and documentation at handover, so you are not dependent on us for day-to-day operation.

How do you handle data protection?

Deltacraft is registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner as both a data controller and a data processor under the Data Protection Act, 2019. Which capacity applies depends on the engagement: when we host and run a system on your behalf we act as processor under your instructions, and the roles are set out in the agreement before any data moves.

Are you certified to work with government?

Yes. We are certified by the ICT Authority of Kenya to supply ICT services, which is what public bodies check during ICT procurement. Much of our existing work is with ministries, parastatals and county governments.

Formal standing

ICTA certified
Certified by the ICT Authority of Kenya to supply ICT services, including to government bodies.
